the kids just don't know how important the basic is.

My dojo had two kids (Uchidas) training with us - about maybe 6-10 years old. Its always a pleasure to watch them tried their best against people who are twice if not three times older than they are. And they completed most of the exercises too without any complains (no jikeiko - they arent that strong or tall enough!
