Training is better got the blister, but if got blister i can't train tomorrow, as i training every morning

I plaster it and bandage over it so it won't come off thanks to the bandage. And it cushions from more friction. That is...if the blister's on the hand. The feet.....I just try not to exert myself. ^^'

Well i did that everytime and plaster it...but seems after my intense kendo trainning, the plaster come off....with my skin intact on it

Here's the trick: Whenever you see a blister starting to form and has yet to burst, make a hole at the blistered skin a bit to let out the water and leave the skin there, don't tear. Then plaster it or something. Let it heal on it's own. When it's down the extra layer of skin will come off on it's own later.

Well, if can apply on the blister to soothing the pain....sure works well....

But still cannot beat the pain from ....Poped blister exposing the inner skin... the pain is......

Well...it's an ANTI-blister for some reason. Where you use it to prevent blisters from happening and NOT to heal blisters that has already happened. ...I guess...

I'm just worried if you have blisters and you apply it, it'll just get worse. Hahah! Eeee...better not. After his girlfriend come after us.

Maybe i should get one. But i prefer to harden my skin with burning willpower and hard training. But I'd recommend this to beginners who have to start out slowly at first

Anti blister!!

I found some thing can avoid the blister, maybe some of you don't need this. But for someone who suffer the blister after training like me, is a life saving thing.

I use it to day, and yes didn't have any blister at all. Normally, i will get blister on my palm and sole.

You can find it at World of Sports, Guardian or Watsons.

Just share with you guys.
